The company reported highest ever annual net profit at Rs 140 crore, 21% more than what it was in the preceding fiscal.
Grihum’s assets under management grew 32% year-on-year to Rs 8,277 crore while it delivered its highest ever organic disbursement of Rs 2,914 crore during FY24, up 26% year-on-year.
The company attributed the increase in scale of business to the expansion of distribution and sourcing channels. It added 28 branches in FY24, taking the total number to 210.
Its gross non-performing assets ratio stood at 0.95% with net NPA being at 0.56%. Grihum raised fresh equity of Rs 1,038 crore from TPG in two tranches during the fiscal, helping its net worth rise 98% to Rs 2,390 crore. Its capital adequacy ratio stood at 47.31% while the liquidity buffer is Rs 2,443 crore.
