Indiabulls Real Estate(up 1.7 per cent), Macrotech Developers(up 1.32 per cent), DLF(up 1.05 per cent), SOBHA(up 1.04 per cent) and Oberoi Realty(up 1.03 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers(down 0.98 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises(down 0.49 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was up 0.77 per cent at 433.4 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 2.8 points at 17772.05, while the BSE Sensex was up 15.78 points at 60146.49.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 31 were trading in the green, while 19 were in the red.

Shares of Kirloskar Pneumatic, Saksoft Ltd, Barak Valley, RS Software and Oriental Hotels hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Ipca Labs, Brightcom Group, BEML Land Assets, A G Universal and Uravi T and Wedge hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
