Danny Green, Fred VanVleet keep Raptors’ party train rolling

For Danny Green and the Raptors, the party rages on.

Mixing a bit of work with pleasure, the shooting guard was back in Toronto to celebrate, among other things, the teams’ historic NBA championship victory with fans, during a live taping of his podcast Inside the Green Room with Danny Green at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.

Hosted by Hoop Talks the event got off to a fast start with fans serenading Green – who turned 32 – with a theatre-thumping rendition of Happy Birthday.

The bumps kept coming throughout the night, cumulating in a special video for Green from family and teammates.

But Green and co-host Harrison Sanford weren’t the only ones in the spotlight. Superfan Nav Bhatia took the stage, waving a wrestling championship belt. Chanting ‘Let’s Go Raptors‘, Nav stirred up the crowd with a rather intimate confession.

“Guys you all know for 24 years I have never missed a game. I have never been late. I have never left late. I can brag about all those things. But guys, when it comes to my married life it’s hanging by a very, very thin string.”

Steady Freddy rocks show

As Nav left the stage, Fred VanVleet kept the crowd going. The night’s second special guest ran onto the stage, with even more wrestling flair.

When asked about the Warriors’ injuries and whether they detracted from the Raptors win, VanVleet didn’t blink.

“Let’s not kid ourselves, two guys got hurt [Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson]. But from our standpoint so what?  It’s not our fault. No one was playing malicious. Nobody was trying to hurt anybody… you never want to see anybody get hurt―it’s the worst part of our game.  But we’re supposed to feel sorry for them and let them beat us because somebody got hurt? We’ll take our championship and 20 years from now we’ll have our rings and we’ll be able to tell stories because nobody ever remembers who gets hurt along the way. “

But what about Kawhi Leonard? Ever since the blockbuster-deal that brought the two-time NBA Finals MVP to Toronto last year there has been only one question on people’s mind―will he stay or will he go?

While Green remained diplomatic about both his and Kawhi’s future, VanVleet was more to the point.

“If they leave – God forbid that neither of those guys is back – then they’re on the other side and that’s the way it is.”

Danny Green's buzzer-beater lifts Raptors over Magic

Danny Green made a fade-away jumper with less than a second remaining to lift the Toronto Raptors over the Orlando Magic 93-91 on Tuesday night.

Green caught Kyle Lowry's inbound pass with 2.3 seconds left, pulled up on the left side of the lane and hit a jumper with 0.5 seconds remaining. Orlando's Nikola Vucevic missed on a 67-foot heave as time expired.

Kawhi Leonard led Toronto with 18 points, and Pascal Siakam had 15. Serge Ibaka added 14 points and nine rebounds, and Green finished with 13.

Evan Fournier led the Magic with 27 points, 22 of them in the second half when he was about the only offence Orlando could generate. Aaron Gordon had 16 points, and Vucevic had 14 points and 18 rebounds for the Magic, who ended a three-game winning streak.

Fournier drove past Green for a tying dunk with 2.3 seconds left. The Raptors took a full timeout, and Green scored on the ensuing inbound.

Neither team had it going offensively for most of the game, especially in the fourth quarter.

The Magic missed 11 straight field-goal attempts in a 4-minute stretch early in the period. Their only points were two free throws from Jonathan Isaac, but the drought didn't cost them much.

Toronto could only put together a three-pointer from Green and a layup by Jonas Valanciunas during that stretch to take an 80-77 lead.

The teams traded baskets from there until Ibaka drilled a jumper from the top of the key to put Toronto in front 91-89.

Toronto led by 18 during a first half when both teams struggled to find or maintain an offensive rhythm. The Raptors made enough shots to jump out to a 40-22 advantage in the middle of the second quarter, as Orlando laboured under 30 per cent shooting.

The Magic finally got some rhythm and cut the deficit to 10 by halftime, then caught Toronto by the middle of the third.

Fournier started the second half with a three-pointer, the first of six threes in the period for the Magic. Another three from Fournier tied it at 59 with 5:05 left, and his free throw gave Orlando a 75-73 lead going into the fourth. Fournier had 14 points in the quarter.

Danny Trejo Says He Would Be Down to Reprise His Role in 'Breaking Bad' Movie (Exclusive)

Danny Trejo is all in for a being a part of the upcoming Breaking Bad movie.

The 74-year-old iconic actor stopped by ET Live earlier this week, where he told ET’s Denny Directo that it “would be fun” to reprise his role as Tortuga.

“That would be fun. That was a great [experience], the whole thing,” Trejo shared. “We did the Tortuga part and it was accepted so well, they called me back and we did the back story.”

Earlier this month, it was reported that the series’ creator, Vince Gilligan, was working on a movie with ties to the show. Trejo portrayed the Juárez Cartel drug runner who worked for Juan Bolsa in two episodes of the hit AMC series, which ended after five seasons in 2013.

Trejo is also currently working on his El Rey Network series, Man at Arms: Art of War, which explores the most popular weapons from movies, TV shows and video games.

“Beside it being fun, it’s also a history lesson,” he said of his latest project. “A lot of kids have told me, ‘Oh, you know what? I made a report on your show.’ Because we studied different cultures, different weapons that have made a big difference in the art of war.”

The actor also gave an update on Robert Rodriguez’s highly-anticipated Machete Kills sequel, Machete Kills in Space.

“Robert is cooking up some unbelievable stuff right now,” he teased. “It’s amazing. We have to be holding on to somebody’s guts, jumping out of a window.”

For more on Trejo, watch the full interview in the video above.

Olivia Culpo Steps Out in Sexy Swimwear Following Danny Amendola Breakup Rumors

Olivia Culpo is taking swimwear up a notch.

The former Miss Universe put her fit body on display in a fierce poolside ensemble while supporting the launch of the 2018 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue at Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Saturday. Culpo was all smiles, seemingly unaffected by recent rumors that she and boyfriend Danny Amendola broke up.

The brunette beauty turned heads in a sexy black two-piece, which she accessorized with a matching black cover-up, bold earrings, a chained belt and heeled sandals. “@si_swimsuit Fam Day,” she captioned a fun video on her Instagram Story.

Culpo kicked things off on Friday night, heading for a girl’s night with her sister, Aurora Culpo, and her friend, Cara Santana. “Grl pwr,” Culpo captioned a pic on Saturday morning. Amendola, meanwhile, has been in Austin, Texas, hanging out with his pal and fellow New England Patriots player Julian Edelman.

Rumors sparked that Amendola and Culpo had broken up earlier this week, after NFL player unfollowed Culpo on Instagram and deleted any photos of them together. Culpo, however, is still following Amendola, as well as fan sites dedicated to him.

ET has reached out to reps for Culpo and Amendola for comment.

See more on the two in the video below.

Dax Shepard Joins 'The Ranch' Following Danny Masterson’s Termination

Dax Shepard is headed out to The Ranch.

The actor has signed on for a guest-starring role in the Netflix multi-camera sitcom’s upcoming third season, a rep for the digital streaming service tells ET.

Shepard’s casting comes after the departure of Danny Masterson, who was written off of the show amid allegations of sexual assault.

Shepard, 43, will reportedly play a former soldier named Luke Matthews, who returns to Garrison, Colorado, with some connection to the Iron River Ranch, and becomes quick friends with Colt (Ashton Kutcher) and Beau (Sam Elliott). However, his past soon catches up with him.

Shepard’s story arc is set to take place over the second half of the show’s 20-episode third season.

In December, a Netflix spokesperson revealed that Masterson — one of the show’s original cast members — had been written out of the show after reports broke last March that Masterson was being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department over multiple sexual assault allegations stemming from the early 2000s. Masterson has denied the allegations against him.

“As a result of ongoing discussions, Netflix and the producers have written Danny Masterson out of The Ranch,” the spokesperson said in a statement released to ET. “Production will resume in early 2018 without him.”

Masterson later released a statement to The Huffington Post, calling the allegations against him “outrageous,” and expressing his disappointment over Netflix’s decision to remove him from the series.

“From day one, I have denied the outrageous allegations against me. I have never been charged with a crime, let alone convicted of one. In this country, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. However, in the current climate, it seems as if you are presumed guilty the moment you are accused,” the 41-year-old actor stated. “I understand and look forward to clearing my name once and for all.”
