The company had earlier announced a bonus issue of equity shares in the proportion of 2:5. For every five equity shares investors hold, they will get additional two bonus shares as proposed by the company.
The record date for the same has been fixed as July 14.

Apart from the bonus issue, the company also announced an interim dividend of Rs 6 per share for the financial year 2023. The said dividend payment is subject to the approval of shareholders in the AGM.
